Venue Terms and Conditions
No contraband, flammable materials, explosives, hazardous products, or pets are allowed in the Center.
If the lessee intends to hang posters or distribute promotional materials (DM) in the conference rooms or public areas, no tape or Velcro tape shall be used to attach any item to any wall in the Center. The lessee shall be responsible for removing all such items and restoring the walls to their original condition.
After decoration is completed or upon the conclusion of the meeting, all technical and construction personnel must use the service elevator at all times. Any waste or debris generated during setup or dismantling must be removed from the venue; failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of NT$3,000. All tools or equipment borrowed by contractors must be returned at the end of the meeting. In the event of loss or damage, contractors shall compensate with a new replacement according to the original specifications and listed price, to protect the rights and interests of other clients.
No decorations in public areas are allowed to block the Conference Center’s air-conditioning units, fire extinguisher cabinets, emergency exits, or the entrance to the AV control room.
For safety considerations, if clients intend to bring in their own audiovisual equipment, exhibition setups, or conference-related facilities, they must notify the Center at least one week prior to the event and comply with all relevant regulations. For any additional requirements not included in the Center’s price list, please consult the Center’s designated staff member.
Rehearsals involving equipment setup are charged by time slot, calculated at 60% of the standard rental rate per time slot. If clients conduct equipment testing for more than one hour, it will be regarded and charged as a rehearsal time slot. Any on-the-day requests for additional items or changes (including adding tables and chairs on-site) will be provided based on the Center’s availability and will incur an additional 30% charge on top of the standard rates. This surcharge does not apply if such arrangements have been made in advance.
Technical & Safety Terms
Clients shall use all facilities and equipment in accordance with the Center’s regulations. To protect the rights and interests of other clients, it is strictly prohibited to open any doors, windows, or control panels of fire safety equipment or electrical systems without the prior consent of the Center. Unauthorized operation of such equipment is not allowed under any circumstances.
All electrical wiring shall be carried out in compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulations. The wire gauge must be no less than 2.0 square millimeters. Cables must be secured and fully protected with tape along their entire length; placing cables loosely on the floor is strictly prohibited. Cable connections to distribution boxes must use proper terminals, and connections are permitted only on the load side of the circuit breaker (MCCB). Connections on the power source side are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of the conference center.
Contractors and audiovisual equipment providers whose total power consumption through wall outlets does not exceed 2,000W will not be charged any additional fees. However, if significant power usage occurs without prior application and approval, a distribution box fee of NT$5,000 per time slot will be charged.
General Venue Rules
No smoking, chewing of betel nut, or bare chest is allowed in the Center. Only food and beverages purchased within the Center are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of NT$20,000.
The Center provides services for receiving and temporarily storing items. All items must be clearly labeled with the organization’s name, contact person’s information, event date, and venue.
